Viom Motors operates an SMS programme for customers who request a quote and affirmatively opt in. Messages relate to your parts request — quote updates, fitment questions from a specialist, and delivery coordination.

This is a customer-care programme. It is not a marketing broadcast list.

Opting in to SMS is not a condition of submitting a quote request and is not a condition of purchase. The consent checkbox on our forms is unchecked by default and is separate from acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

Where you opt in, we record the date and time, the version of the consent wording displayed (currently 2026-08-13.v1), the form you submitted, and the associated request reference.

Message frequency varies depending on the progress of your request. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Viom Motors does not charge for the messages themselves.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS messages from Viom Motors. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent.

Opting out of SMS does not withdraw your quote request. A specialist can still contact you by telephone or email.

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Information collected in connection with the SMS programme is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell mobile numbers, and mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
