Refund & Return Policy

Return eligibility and any applicable timeframe are stated on the quote and invoice for your specific order, because they depend on the item, its source and how it was supplied.

Confirm those terms before purchase. If you are uncertain whether a part is correct, resolve that before ordering — it is far simpler than a return.

Items must be returned in the condition supplied, uninstalled, unmodified and complete with any accessories, tags and paperwork provided with them.

An item that has been installed, disassembled, machined, painted or otherwise altered cannot be returned. On an engine or transmission, evidence of installation includes fluids having been added and mounting hardware having been fitted.

Where a return is agreed, return freight arrangements and responsibility are confirmed as part of the return authorisation. Items returned without authorisation may be refused.

Package a returned item on its original pallet or an equivalent, with the same protection it arrived with. Damage in transit on a return is assessed against the condition in which it was dispatched.

Some parts carry a core charge, refundable on return of the replaced unit in rebuildable condition. Where a core charge applies it is itemised on your quote, together with the condition and timeframe required for its return.

If we supplied an item that does not match your quote, contact us immediately and we will make it right.

If an item arrives damaged, follow the process in our Shipping Policy: note the damage on the delivery receipt, photograph it, and contact us promptly so a freight claim can be started.

Contact us with your reference number and the reason for the return. Do not ship anything back before receiving a return authorisation.
